Please click below to fill out your membership information.  We'll take care of dues at meetings between now and April.  Breanna is the Treasurer, dues are paid to her.   Dues are $10 single and $20 family for the year.  Please place the following information on the contact form:

In the comment section, please put:
    Mailing Address

     Cell
     Birth date (needed for WSCA membership list)
     Names and Birth dates of any additional family members (spouse, children)
